Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using AirportRideMatch, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

AirportRideMatch helps travelers heading to or from the same airport find each other so they can share a taxi or rideshare and split the cost. We provide the matching, messaging, and coordination tools. We are not a transportation company, a taxi dispatcher, or a rideshare provider, and we don't own or operate any vehicles.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend or remove an account that provides false information, violates these terms, or puts other users at risk.

Community conduct

When using AirportRideMatch, you agree not to:

• Provide false information about yourself, your flight, or your trip
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another user
• Use the app to solicit unrelated services, advertise, or spam other users
• Attempt to bypass the privacy protections that keep contact details hidden until a ride is agreed
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, including operating an unlicensed commercial taxi service where local law requires a license

Ratings, reports & blocking

After a trip, you can rate the person you rode with. Ratings help other users decide who to travel with, so please rate honestly. You can report or block another user at any time; a blocked user will no longer appear in your matches.

Arranging and sharing a ride

AirportRideMatch connects you with another traveler — it does not arrange, dispatch, insure, or guarantee any ride. Once you're matched, you and the other rider are responsible for agreeing on a meeting point, choosing and booking the taxi or rideshare, and splitting the cost between yourselves. We are not a party to that arrangement and don't guarantee the other person will show up, behave appropriately, or split costs fairly.

Disclaimers

AirportRideMatch is provided "as is." We work to keep flight and match information accurate, but we can't guarantee it's always correct or up to date — always confirm your flight status with your airline. We don't guarantee you'll find a match for every trip.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AirportRideMatch and its team aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything that happens during a shared ride arranged between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your account puts other users at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be brought exclusively before the competent courts in Israel.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
